The school’s pupil and student licence purchases and introductions can be viewed in the School > Purchases section of Teacher’s World.
Purchases have been divided into three table types: pupil licences, student licences and school licences.
The licence information includes the number of purchased, activated and to-be distributed licences.
Purchased = total number of licences purchased by a school (the total number of purchased licences for general upper secondary schools since 2019)
Activated = total number of licences that pupils/students have started to use (the total number of activated licences for general upper secondary schools since 2019))
To be distributed = the total number of licences that are still unused
Click on a licence’s More Information button to view more detailed information on students who have activated a licence.
The table Students who have activated licences shows
– the students who have activated a licence (listed in alphabetical order, you can also switch the order from Ö to A)
– the status of the licence (valid or expired)
– the licence validity period
– management of the licence (you can free up a licence activated by a student within 30 days of activation)
– total number of activated licences shows how many licences students have activated in total
Click on the Show Information link to view a list of the licensing period and groups from which the user may have received a licence. The Group’s status specifies whether it is active, removed, or archived.
