Technical requirements and device compatibility

The use of digital materials requires a network connection. Offline access without a network connection is not possible.

Supported browsers for computers and smart boards

The latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
We recommend using Google Chrome.

Supported operating systems and browsers for tablets

The latest Apple iPad OS, Android OS and Windows OS operating systems with Google Chrome as the primary browser

Other technical requirements

Adobe Reader is required for PDF files. The test tool cannot be used on mobile devices.

Some of the teaching materials, especially the latest ones, have been implemented using HTML5 technology and run on tablets and mobile devices with a large enough screen.

If your digital materials download slowly or the page gets stuck, we recommend that you empty your browser’s cache. 

Follow these instructions to delete your browser’s cache in the most common browsers:

Google Chrome

1. Select Chrome from the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner) or the key command Ctrl + Shift + Del
2. Click More tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data
4. Choose a time range in the menu (hour, week, or all). Choose all.
5. Select at least the images and files in your cache, and possibly other data to be deleted.
6. Select Clear browsing data 

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click on the menu button (three lines at the right top corner of the page) and click on Settings.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel from the left side of the page.
3. Remove the tick next to Cookies and Site Data.
With the Cached Web Content box ticked, click the Clear button.
4. Close the about:preferences page. All the changes you have made will be saved automatically.

Internet Explorer 11

1. Click on the gear menu icon in the right corner of the browser.
2. Hover over the Protection section with your mouse.
3. Click on Delete browsing history.
4. Select items to be deleted.
5. Click on Delete

Edge 

  1. Click on the menu in the top-right corner of the browser (three dots) and select Settings. 
  2. Select Cookies and site permissions from the menu on the left side of the page.
  3. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  4. Select Remove all cookies and site data.
  5. Click the Remove all button.  

Safari 

  1. Select Safari from the top menu bar or use the key command Ctrl + Alt + E. 
  2. Click on Clear History 
  3. Select the time period 
  4. Click on Clear History
